🛍️ Easy Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

Sale items or final sale products

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Used, damaged, or washed items (unless defective)


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different color, size, or item?

We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the new product quickly and that it doesn’t go out of stock.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If a shipping label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund


📦 How to Start a Return

Fill Out the Form with your order number and reason for return

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions

Pack your items securely and ship them back to us using the provided label or your preferred method


📬 Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or tracking details. We’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
